O lugar da moral no projeto de reforma do saber de Rogério Bacon
Abstract
The objective of this article is to present, in general terms, Roger Bacon’s thoughts on Moral Philosophy based on the seventh part of his main literary work Opus maius. The aim of this study is the promotion of the thoughts of this philosopher who is not well known in Brazil, and also of an analysis of the concepts he raises about the relation of where theology connects the knowledge as well as the necessity of a theological reform as a way of bringing opportunities to mankind in terms of happiness, which he feels is fundamental in defending life’s purpose.
